About Lola Crotchet

Lola Crotchet Organization was founded by Albright Alitsi, a visionary woman with a disability who turned rejection into resilience. What began as her personal therapy after facing systemic job discrimination has grown into a powerful community movement — weaving art, justice, and opportunity together.

Our Mission

To empower persons with disabilities through free art training, employment, and advocacy. We believe every stitch, brush, and creation is a force for inclusion, dignity, and social change.
